Snappy dialogue and fast paced narrative puts the reader right smack in the middle of Sarah Tucker's streak of bad luck. This tension filled, page-turning, contemporary romantic suspense commands attention from the first paragraph to the very last. I read this book in one sitting because I just couldn't put it down.

The story line flowed so well. I was done before I knew it. I like a nice flow with no drag.

My first encounter with this writer. Main climax storylines were non-climantic, but otherwise a smooth read. And, by the way, we get it, main character drives an F-150 ... its a truck, and its black. Had really nothing to do with the story, but the writer sure wanted us to get it.

Reading the reviews, I thought that this would be a light and exciting read. I just hope this author has gotten better over the years. Bits of information appeared which were totally unrelated to anything in the story. It had no continuity. Sarah's parents were brought into the story but with no development. Gram? Very little realistic emotion there. Most characters did not make sense. A sad, disappointing rip-off of a story. Oh, by the way, police detectives are a lot more professional than in this book. Randy would have been lucky to still have his job at the end of this story. DO NOT waste your dollars on this book. Or your pennies if it gets marked down.
