Robinson hits a home run with Finding Your Element. The book is a how to guide to finding the point where your passion intersect with what you're good at. Exercises throughout the book help you identify your aptitudes, attitudes, and passions. Robinson illustrates his points with relevant tales of people who found their element to help you find yours. Robinson doesn't make promises like once you find your element you'll be able to make a living doing it. But he does promise your life will be enriched. This book is informative, interesting, and entertaining. I highly recommend it.
