This is a very well written book. This book strikes a balance in understanding and accepting where we have come from and walking us through introspective exercises into discovering who we are. Joel provides great examples about how accepting who you are or Finding Your Voice can lead to powerful changes in your personal and professional life.

    Bad Sample!

The sample is really bad because it only contains all of these endorsements. It's so many that I was feeling uncomfortable after a while. It's strange. If the author's on such a good path, why is he so conceited? You should limit your endorsements to only four pages if you don't want to turn people off.
