I've been a fairly long term (though on and off) reader of Finescale modeler (FSM.) It's a great resource for learning techniques, quick reviews and the like - the showcase itself can be quite inspiring, as can feature articles.
Unfortunately, the magazine doesn't lend itself well to the Nook (using the Nook Tablet here.) It often has two page wide photos, or photo 'series" to go through, and not always in a nice 'grid' of pictures. And some of the print ads just are odd on the Nook.
The content can sometimes feel a little light, or the magazine a bit ad-heavy (this is in general, not Nook specific.) Personally, while I enjoy the magazine, I think this works better either as an actual magazine or (possibly) via the Nook PC/Mac app or on a larger tablet. (I certainly wouldn't want to try reading this on a smartphone!)
