Meet the Author

Frantisek Emmert, a journalist and writer, was born in 1974 and resides in the Czech Republic. He graduated in history, politics and law from Masaryk University in Brno. He has got a job with The Czech Press Agency and writes for several Czech newspapers. He is a co-author of several textbooks for high schools. His adventure novels The Fire of Forgotten Gods (2003) and The Millennium of False Prophets (2004) in Czech original were published by BASET publishing house (www.baset.cz) and they are successful on the Czech book market. He is also an author of romantic stories for women and nonfiction about history and nature.
