Helpful and supportive

Dr. Siegler's book provides a user friendly method to enact change in one's life. His ideas are practical and his voice reassuring about achieving actual results. This is a book for everyone in all stages of life.

A welcome addition to the field of life coaching from a true credentialed professional who understands the variety of treatments available to people and how to choose one that is best for each individual. I highly recommend this book.

A professional approach to life coaching expressed in a clear and concise manner. Anyone struggling with deciding what type of therapy would be beneficial for them would be helped by reading this clearly written book.

Excellent Book

I highly recommend this book. Dr. Siegler's vision of self-improvement is inspiring and user-friendly. He offers a guide to taking your life to the next level as well as helpful tools to help people become active participants in their lives. This is a great book for all.
