It's rare that you can find a technical book that works for both beginners and power users, but if you're considering switching browsers or you've already done so, this book has a lot to offer. Blake Ross is the co-creator of Firefox, making him the perfect person to walk you through the program from start to finish. For those who are using Firefox because they're sick of IE, I especially recommend Chapters 14 and 15, about security and 'outfoxing hackers.' After of course you pick up the basics in Part II. Even those already familair with the program can get a lot out of Part IV, 'Dressing Up the Fox'. 'Firefox for Dummies' is a book I would not hesitate to give to someone unfamiliar with computers. You'd be surprised how easy Firefox is once you get the hang of it, and I'd say the program keeps with Ross's vision of making something his mom could use. With his insight, he's the perfect person to walk you through it all.
