    more from this reviewer

    I Also Recommend:

    Once again, marvelous.

Ever the gaming geek, still, this book entertained me... for all of about eight hours. Then I had to buy the next one. I will be reading Pratt until he writes no more!

    Disappointed

I read the first book and was interested enough to read the rest if they too were Ebooks, but much to my disappointment, the first was the only free e book. Based on the poor sentence structure, constant grammatical errors and juvenial story telling in book one, there is no way I would pay to read anything from this author. $5 is a great price for an ebook, if it's properly told and edited.

Decent continuation of the story line...

I went through this one quickly. The story picks up right where the first book leaves off and drags you along for the adventure. Several new and enjoyable characters are introduced and join James in his quest. My main complaint with the book is that it is short compared to the first... a little over three hundred pages compared to the nine hundred of the first in the series. At any rate, I have already purchased the next book that Pratt wrote in this series to see where this voyage ends.

Just as good as the first!

I never read these kind of books. I'm not even sure what the genre would be called, but I fell in love after reading the first one for free. I just downloaded the third and I hope it's really good because it is about half the size of the other two.

Why is this not available as an eBook?

I loved the first one got it for free from ebooks and I can get 4 and 5 in ebooks but why can't I get 2 and 3 as ebooks?

Doesn't make sense for anyone who wants to sell books.

    Curious

I love fantasy and was intrigued by the premiss of the series. The first book, kept my attention despite repetitive dialogue and content. I was left wanting to know what happened. Now that i have read this book, i know longer care. I won't be reading any more.

Magnificant book, a must read for fantasy readers.

This entire series of books is great. I started reading the first book because it was free but zoomed through all 7 books in no time and cost was not an issue.
