From Barnes & Noble

Everyone likes fireworks; everyone, that is, except dogs. With their sensitive ears, canines like Martha hate the loud crackling noises and they all sigh with relief when a successful petition ends Saturday night fireworks in their town. However, when Martha realizes that the ban throws a damper on these popular festivities, she decides to search for a better way to her pooch problem. A bilingual story for pint-sized pet owners.
