Meet the Author

Terran Moffat (nom de plume) has worn many hats. Listing them all here would take a novel in itself. Presently, she's a freelance book designer, illustrator, editor, and author.

"First Bass and Other Stories" offers a brief glimpse into a few actual events and incidents of her younger life. Or, as the author calls it "her previous life." She's looking forward to the opportunity to have new adventures (or misadventures) in the near future.

She presently lives in the U.S.A.'s "Land of Ten Thousand Lakes" (and LOTS of bass) with an opinionated Quaker parrot named Apple (who has his own blog and facebook page), a rescued Senegal parrot named Sir Hugo the Naked, a younger sister (of Sherry and the Raccoons fame), and said sister's husband, who is a lifetime bass fisherman and turning pro in the next year.
