Editorial Reviews

Runners World UK
One of the scariest things about running a marathon for the first time isn’t the distance, the muscle pain, the chafing or the blisters. It’s not knowing what’s going to happen. That’s why this disarmingly honest collection of first-time accounts is so refreshing.
Wall Street Journal
Inspiring reading.

    good reading

I haven't finished all the chapters yet, but will. It is very interesting and good reading! I was inspired to train for my first marathon after reading Seely's book and this book gave me the last nudge I needed to do it!
