    "Pearls of Wisdom"

"My first 100 days on the job". The title is misleading- should be titled Pearls of Wisdom: First Year Nurse. This book provides a new nurse with nice advice or quotes from experienced nurses and a few leadership/ management skills that you should have already learned. Pearls of wisdom is just great however, this book did nothing for me as a new 2011 BSN, RN. This book has absolutely NO variety, depth, or substance. I read this book in 1 day. I hate when I waste my money... can I get a Refund please!
