Overview

God said, 'Let there be lights in the huge space of the sky...' And that's exactly what happened... And God said, 'Let the water be filled with living things. Let birds fly above the earth...' -Genesis 1:14, 19-23 (NIr V) In Fish, Bugs & Birds, curious kids explore some of the most interesting inhabitants of the sea and sky-many of which have been soaring and swimming for millennia. Budding biologists discover ingenious octopi, kickboxing cassowaries, and acid-spewing ants, and much more-scientifically accurate, but presented in kid-friendly language and concepts. Add drawings, photos, and fun facts, and kids see the intricacies of God's creation on display in the natural world.
