He is the author of FISH OF ARIZONA and FISH OF COLORADO field guides. Above all, he is a passionate angler who enjoys spending time on the water with his family, patterning fish behavior and observing how these fascinating creatures interact with one another in the underwater web of life. He resides in Cambridge, Minnesota, with his wife, Julie, and children Emily, Jacob and Joshua.
