Men - Are You Over Fifty & Having Trouble Getting in Shape?

Fit After Fifty: How to Lose Weight, Get Fit, and Stay Fit For Life will help you change your life.

In this book you will meet normal everyday guys, just like yourself, who for one reason or another, were able to change their lives. For some of them the defining moment was a wake-up call, landing in the Emergency Room having a heart attack, or struggling with chest pains. For others, it was finally deciding that they had enough of being overweight, and sore, and huffing and puffing up and downstairs and across parking lots.

Some of the people that you will meet -

Jim. At 53 Jim weighed 350 pounds. After a trip to the Emergency Room for chest pains he was diagnosed with major health problems including high blood pressure. Through a program of weight loss and simple exercise, most of it walking the dog, he was able to lose over 135 pounds.

Bill was an over the road salesman. After a heart attack he was forced to reevaluate his life. Over a nine month period he lost sixty-five pounds, and eight inches around his waist. To do it he had to conquer his lifelong habit of bad food choices and limited exercise.

Mike grew up in a family obsessed with food. His family ran a restaurant, and temptation was everywhere. After college he lost the weight, and kept it off for over ten years, before slowly gaining back even more. At age 51 Bill's job was eliminated. He weighed 355 pounds, and decided it was time for a change. Over the next year he lost 107 pounds, and dropped ten pants sizes.

Tom just turned fifty, and one of the things he noticed was his workouts lacked the intensity they used to have. He was also starting to pack on weight around his waist, where he once had washboard abs. Unable to change things on his own, Tom enlisted the help of a personal trainer, and with his direction has been starting to some changes for the better.

Meet the Author

Short easy to read solutions to your eCommerce problems.

Most of my books can be read in under an hour. The information in them can be put to work immediately to help you sell more products on eBay and Amazon, services on Fiverr, or eBooks on Amazon and Kindle.

Selling on line isn't a mystery. It doesn't even have to be difficult.

It's really all about getting started. Many people I've talked with have this crazy fear about putting things up for sale on eBay and Amazon. They think they have to do this and do that; they worry they don't know enough about what they're doing to do it right; they wonder what they should sell; and they worry about whether they can even do it or not.

That's where my books come in.

They take you hand-in-hand and walk you through getting started selling on eBay, Amazon, and Fiverr. They show you how to market your Kindle book.

You're still going to make mistakes, and get lost now and then. But, you can always come back to the books for another nugget of advice, or a little bit of inspiration. Believe me, I've been selling online for fifteen years, and I've made just about every crazy mistake out there. I just never let any of them stop me.

My goal is to help you over the speed bumps, so you can be more successful from the get-go.

What are you waiting for?
