Great book! Check it out too!

Brilliant book and very informative, a lot better than others I have read which is good as I have spent a lot of money over the years trying to find some good exercises and advise for facial toning.
    Well worth a read. :-)

I am sorry, but this book is terrible and is not worth buying! I was very excited to receive this book and try the exercise because from the cover and sample text it looked great. However, when it finally arrived I was beyond disappointed. The first 100 pages or so are nothing but text explaining the benefits of facial exercises. While I appreciate an explanation of any exercise regime before beginning it, I felt that this was extensive and repetitive. When I finally got to the actual exercises I could hardly make out the actions displayed. The black and white pictures were so dark and the quality so poor that it looked like they had been all photocopied. Nevertheless, I gave it a shot and attempted some of the excurses. I found that they were very hard to carry out. The explanations of the exercises were confusing and unclear. Needless to say I returned it that day and am sorry I spent the money on this book.
