    Really like this book--

I really like this book ... I like the differant stages of development it provides. And I like the instruction that they provide. They tell you how much to lift, and how long to rest, and how often to workout and when its time to take your workout to the next level. This book is so cheep but it is more or less the only thing you will have to know if you want your workout to count! I think I got lucky when I bought this book. Stop looking. You've found the workout book you need.
