I just finished the book, and this is by far the best training book for skiing ever written. The exercises and illustrations of the muscles that are worked are incredible. I choose to do the advanced program and it is tough. I am only on week two, but unlike other programs I have tried this book gives me just enough....not too much and not too little. The nutriiton section is great too. I have to give the author credit, adding a section on curing hangovers is definately going to help a lot of skiers.
