Not What the Title Leaves You to Believe

I thought this book would provide 5 min. activities that the reader could do with the one he/she loves, however that is not really what the book is about. There are several 5 min. activities the reader does solo and some have nothing to do with their spouse or loved ones. Some of the activities are insightful or relaxing, so it is a useful book, but not what the title leads you to believe. I have other 5 min books that are good, but this one was a little disappointing.

    Love it!

Great for the beginning meditator. I found the instructions immediately helpful. And I'm having lots of fun playing with the various mindfulness exercises. Easy, fun and encouraging!
