Five Little Monkeys is a fun, interactive musical counting game based on the popular rhyme everybody knows and loves.

COUNTING: Children build counting and math skills as well as color recognition by adding and subtracting different colored monkeys from play, simply by touching a monkey.
Interactive objects teach concepts like stop/go, on/off, open/close, utilizing an alarm clock that rings, a lamp, a telephone, a door, even a monkey family portrait that reacts to your child's touch!
READING: Following along with the highlighted words to the rhyme fosters word recognition and sentence building skills, an important step toward a lifetime of reading and learning.
SINGING: 3 original music types to play and sing to; Country, Rock, or Pop for sing-a-long.

Explore, touch, and control the game with interactive options that allow creative freedom for your preschooler. This application might keep your little monkey from jumping on the bed!

- Designed for young children from 1 year and up ( pre-toddler to preschool )
- New interactive features that your child will love, including toys that react to touch, a peekaboo dog, and a stop-n-go button that starts and stops the monkeys jumping to allow children to explore the monkeys' bedroom.

    Awesome!

    It's sooooo interactive! There's a lot to explore.......touch the dog, lamp, phone, cat, truck, door, radio, and more for surprises. Good music. Each monkey wears a different color for teaching colors. You can add monkeys back one at a time and a floating numeral keeps track. Great fun learning tool.

    Love it!

    My 2 .5 year old loves this book. It is so interactive. Parts of the picture move when touched.

    And, at the beginning, there are 3 options to choose from inside of the read to me section.She has even figured out how to add monkeys back onto the bed once they have fallen off.

    The best part, for her, is that you choose which monkey falls off the bed. She is spoiled for choice with this interactive book!

    I think this is great! I like all the interaction you can have on each page & its funny you can pock what style music its sung in. Unfortunately it kinda scares my toddler when the monkey falls off the bed, but i think he'll enjoy it eventually.

    Fantastic!

    My 19 month old LOVES the interactive elements of this app and the music is fabulous. gives you the option of country, rock or pop. Love it!

    Entertaining but obnoxious

    The app is cute, entertained, my 2yr old niece, nook color seemed to hold up to her fierce poking. Downside, it keeps loading onto my home screen and nothing like having the music play in the middle of a meeting when I mean to move it from my homescreen for the 20th time and it opens.

    One of the better apps offered for Toddler on the nook

    My 2 1/2 year old loves this app. He is more interested in the other items he can interact with than the monkeys really, but as long as it makes him happy, I am happy! Plus the different tunes are pretty catchy.

    Love, Love, Love!

    I work one on one with toddlers and this has been such at hit. They love the repetition of story line, touching the various objects, and the engaging/active screen! Please do more popular/repetitive stories likethis!

    Grandma says get this app; it will make you smile also!!!!!

    My 1yr old grandaughter loves Loves LOVES this program. We have been sing this song since she got sock monkeys for X~mas. She shakes her finger at the Dr., and laughs. When i get out my Nook, before I read a book, I have to play Five Little Monkeys... several times!!!!

    Grandson's Favorite!

    Although to an adult ear the music and singing in this app is terrible my grandson loves this app. Caution! You will find yourself humming the tune or even singing the song to yourself. The app itself probably sets the standard of what a preschool app should be. Lots of action and hidden sounds to find. Only caution is that you will be playing this app for hours so be prepared!

    Also, it is impossible to leave a review for an app with your pen name attached. That is why so many are Anonymous! B&N fix your PROGRAM!!!!!

    Highly loved!!!!

    My 2 3/4 yr old. loves this ap. Watches/plays it over, and over, and over. Very simple but easy for this age group.
