As the author of the book, the information does work and if one will just give it a try, your business will increase. I will admit that the CD-ROM does contain errors and typos. Unfortunately there was a mistake on the files copied to the CD-ROM. If you order, please send me proof of purchase, and I will forward you a link to download the correct files. Sorry! You can find my e-mail address inside the book.

The book is filled with the tried and true marketing practices and systems that have work in good markets and slow ones. But don't just rely on the CD to provide the information, letters, etc. that you want to publish. I found many spelling, puntuation and tense errors. Proof read carefully especially if you have teachers and professors on your mailing lists. Other than that, it is nice to have everything I've been looking for in one place and I don't have to type everything in again. Have found bits and pieces on various designation web sites, NAR, etc. but great to have it in one place.
