I received a complimentary copy of this book from NetGalley for the purpose of review. The review is my honest opinion and I was not paid for this service.
Fix-It and Forget-It 5-Ingredient One-Dish Dinners is a wonderfully written cookbook. The recipes are concise and easy to follow. The only thing that I did not like about the cookbook was the fact that there were very few illustrations included in the cookbook. More illustrations would have helped to grasp the reader's attention. It would also help them decide which recipes to try.
I give this book 3 stars out of a total of 5 stars.

This is a simple crockpot recipe book, very easy to make, with around 5 ingredients. Especially good for a beginner or someone who doesn't not know how to cook. You can add your own ingredients to make it the way you want to. I love that you can put it together in the morning and just let it cook all day. That is great for people who work, are very busy and/or have children.

This book made it very easy to get started with slow cooking. The recipes are very simple and come out great! Dinners cooked so far
were Herby Chicken, Barbequed Chicken, and Chicken Cacciatore with Mushrooms. The family loved all of them. One of the concerns that
came up with the Herby Chicken recipe was whether to add liquid to
the slow cooker? The manufacture states to always have some liquid
in the slow cooker to avoid cracks in the stoneware. Even though
the whole chicken will release liquids during slow cooking, the decision was made to add broth to the slow cooker for the Herby
