    Easy to follow, good recipes

    These recipes are easy to follow and don't have a million ingredients. You'll find you have most of the ingredients in your pantry already or can easily purchase them at your local supermarket. Nutrition information, especially carb counts are included with each recipe, which is a must for us diabetics. *I now use my crockpot at least once a week.
