    Awesome book here!

If you're looking for a great novel to read go no further than The Fix. This book is phenomenal, and not just because I love sports. Well written and fast paced, you won't want to put it down. He talked on the radio last night in San Francisco and was interesting. The book is awesome. Great Christmas present.

Wonderful story about life, basketball and growing up

If you're looking for a beautiful story about overcoming all the odds, The Fix is the perfect book for you. A young college athlete is asked to conspire with gamblers to help fix The Final Four. Great, great page turning. You'll love this, I promise.

    Very Good

This was really good, and I'm pleasantly surprised. Never thought I'd like it, but when my husband told me about it, I picked it up, then couldn't put it down. It could easily have been a five star.

This is the book of the summer. I heard the author on radio in San Diego, picked up the book at his signing, and read it in two days. Then I called Barnes and Noble for copies for my basketball team and you guys don't stock it? Why? Fantastic read for everyone, especially kids and even women. My son is now reading the book. Snappy and quick. A can't miss tv movie or big screen.

This book was stupendous! Finally something I couldn't put down. Fast and furious it flows, and so easy to read. Must, must read. If Oprah hasn't called, she will! Buy the book, then fall in love with The Fix, a tale more about perseverance than college hoops. My fiancee now is reading it, and won't get up to take out the trash.

Hey, this guy is a great, great writer. Watch out Crichton and King. And the author not only can write, but he has a valid point here. This book could actually happen in real life. Fixing the Final Four isn't as far-fetched as one might think. Great book, great plot, I'd recommend it to everyone. Especially the NCAA. Guys, this will happen someday. Wait and see.

I played college basketball and he hit a home run with this book because it's authentic to a fault. The inside look at the game, and the don't-quit attitude of his lead character was good to see. We need more books like this in the world. Good, good read. I've recommended it to everyone.

    Fix

I read the book in one day. I don't even read books, but this was great. I never heard of the author, but I'll buy anything else he has...the book is about a network that tries to finagle the Final Four, but a poor country boy stops it all. I see a movie in the making. I suggest everyone pick it up!

We had Jeff on our radio show here in Kansas City, and after I read his book, I couldn't believe how good it was. I cover sports for WHB in Kansas City. This is the best book I've ever read, sports or nonsports.

Put me on the mailing list for his next book. The Fix just rolls from the conception of fixing the Final Four to the end where all hell breaks loose. A read for everyone!

    Fix

The Fix is gripping from the first page to the last. The story follows the maturation of a college senior who's goal is to play in the NCAA FINAL FOUR. When he's approched by the mob to step down and let Notre Dame win, he at first thinks it might be the right idea. But then...hey, you have to read it to know. This is a great story that made me miss my train. I really enjoyed it! You will too.

Really fast paced, almost too much. I wanted to know more when I finished, and hope there is a sequel. Basketball isn't my niche, but I think it was interesting, especially the plot of fixing the Final Four. Page turner that I'd compare to Grisham, but maybe better.

The People, The Basketball, and Corruption

I am very seldom able to read a book from cover to cover, but this book held me for the duration. First with the interesting and unassuming way in which the characters are introduced, and then with the subtle twists in the story line. Finally I was swept up in the furious pace of the final pages. What a great way to spend the day.

The book the NCAA is dreading! Author's idea will come true, just wait and see. Great story, great plot, great characters. Summer reading can't get any better. Buy it! You'll be glad you did.

    Fix

This is the NCAA's biggest nightmare. Schneider handles fixing the NCAA Final Four extremely well, and the honcho's at the NCAA better read up, or it might happen tomorrow. You can read this quick-paced book in two days...because you won't want to put it down. I couldn't.

I coached college basketball and now have found a great book about it and the corruption involved. I recommend it to every basketball player and every college athlete that wants to know what the game is really like.

    Fix

I lost three days of my life when I read The Fix. I couldn't put it down. As good or better than The Firm. I promise anyone that reads it that they will love it. Great, great book. Even though there's a sports background, the story is for everyone. I'm totally stunned. Book is awesome. Awesome! My husband bought it for himself, and I wouldn't let him until I finished. Five stars? Please, this is a ten-star book.
