This isn't my energy, but let me get it out, anyway.

Sometimes, you feel like a can of soda, ready to fizzle out, and explode. Anger, pain, frustrations, hurt bubble up in your body like explosions waiting to happen. You can't let them live in there without exploding, too. So you just have to release it all, let it out. Realize the beauty comes following the biggest destruction. Notice that pain isn't meant to harm you, and keep you in a place of anger, and hurt, but rather, it's meant to show you how to grow, and come out stronger through adversity.
