I thought it was a good storyline that brought the beleivable and long awaited return of Barry Allen to the DC universe. Personally he is my favorite of all the Flashes.

This is a great overall story. It's got all the speed force characters from the last 70 years. It is based on the return of Barry Allen and how he escaped the speed force. Must buy for any flash fans.

The return of Barry Allen was everything I thought it would be except there was too much speed force mojo to take in. While I loved the involvement of the entire Flash family, the history of Barry Allen, and the obvious villain, at times it was difficult to take all of the switches in time and figuring out the hows as opposed to the whys. The art by Ethan Van Sciver was insanely good. Just phenomenal. Overall a good book that was too dense at times. That, and I always enjoyed Wally West over Barry Allen.

Quite short, silly plot and too many characters. Lacks the development of a more intelligent and less emotional plot. I do not recommend reading it
