Look like a warrior in 10 weeks!!

I went into a bookstore shortly after the 2001 Superbowl having convinced myself to take my weight lifting to another level. I found Bob's book helpful. The book spelled out an easy to follow, specific routine to fit any level. The book told you what to do on each day. The book did not read like a typical muscle head mgazine article. It was one cohesive plan.Bob also provided illustrations(although you will have to use the index to find them.) of how the excercises are to be executed. Lastly Bob talked about nutrition and suppliments an important aspect of lifting. I have used his book to make myself a sucess in the Army and am buying it once again to prepare for the Army's Special Forces Selection Course.

    Perfect Form, form , form....

This is the only book I found that describes the way muscles work in a practical way. Bob applies that knowledge to the search for proper posture, focus effort, and a balanced physique. In addition, the three well developed programs for various levels serves as a reminder that in terms of exercise performance and gains, one size doesn't fit all.
