Ellen Vincent was brought up in Ghana but now lives in the UK. She is interested in all things that are natural. She uses virgin coconut oil to cook with and uses it as the base for many of her skin and hair creams and oils. Ellen now produces a range of natural cosmetics that she sells in her local area in the UK under the name of 'Natural Revelations'. She hopes that she will be able to introduce these to Ghana at some stage together with all of the books that she has written on natural healthy living.Dealing with the outside of your body is fine but, to make the most of the creams and oils that you apply, you need to make sure that the foods that you eat are also doing their job. She is a big fan of green smoothies and makes sure that she has these every day. She feels invigorated after drinking them.
