    Not How I Remember it...

    I used to buy Flex religiously in the early 1990's. There were always great workout tips, nutritional advice, etc. I haven't picked one up in years so I decided to try the free trial on Nook. Ugh! I'm glad for the trial, bec I will not buy Flex again. It has grown from a useful mag, to a 300 page behemoth of ADVERTISEMENTS & physique pics! The workout and nutritional tips were few and buried. Sorry Flex, no longer useful.

    mostly ads. zero stars.

    I learned nothing from this magazine. No new tips I didnt already know.
    it was mostly supplement ads. And almost no mention of female bodybuilders except a page or two about last year's winners. Very disappointing. Will not read again.

    Not a sexy look for men

    I don't think men should look like this unless he is cleaning my house or fixing my car. Sorry zack lol
