Good book. Enjoyed the combat naratives. The map should have covered a small area of the Lyran Commonwealth to cover the path of the jade falcon invasion.

This one was a good one, espacially with the up rising of the Jade Falcon, that there made it better.

This was an interesting book that continued on the saga of the Republic's continual downfall with a further insight on the situation in Skye and Prefectures 8 & 9. I personally liked the book. I liked how Milan displayed Tara Campbell's growing friendship with Captain Bishop, the relationship between Aleks & Malvina and their CO, and how they intertwined in the Skye conflict. I would've liked to read more on other characters, like a certain 'accountant' and how he came to work for who he works for and the governor of Skye's son, which I hope will be explained further in the coming book, and possibly more of just a glimpse of the covert activities of the 'accountant' in question. Other than that, the book was great. I'm definitely looking forward to #11.
