    Excellent!

    Insightful, practical and really everything you need to know about finding, fixing (especially) and selling houses for profit. I really enjoyed reading this book. I read Find It, Fix It, Flip It by Michael Corbett but that book was just cute compared to Flip.

    I would have paid several times over.

    I really enjoyed the book the information is really well laid out. They take you step by step thought the finding, fixing and selling process. I particularly enjoyed the chapter on 'arranging financing.' It's really a paint by the numbers book for your projects. I'm fairly new to real estate investing, with 3 flips under my belt. After reading the book I discovered how much money and time just slipped through the cracks. With the very detailed project calendar. There¿s never a day or week that you don't know what the next step should be or what should you be doing now. The charts, forms and worksheet are crucial for keeping you on track, on time and on budget. For the Step by Step Construction process alone, found in the book, I would have paid several times over. I've taken 'real estate seminars' and 'boot camps' where the information was not laid out as comprehensively and as clear. It's like the information that nobody really wants you to know. They take the trial and error out of the process. I live in New York City and I'm glad I got my copy of the book early before my completion gets up to speed.

    Finally... Information that I can use!

    I am a Real Estate Investor and I have read a number books on investing...most are about as much fun to read as my truck repair manual, and most offer very few useful tools for investing. Flip is by far the best book I have read to date. It was easy to read and actually gave me some useful information especially in the area of estimating repairs. I recommend it.
