    Good Ideas! Some dissapointments!

Flipping Confidential, brought me some good ideas from Kirsten. I love her on the show that I always follow. My discouragement came from the sophisticated vocabulary she used in many words through out the book. Also why black and white photos? I don't understand that! Colorful photos would it make this book much more attractive and readable to many of us. With the black and white pictures there is a psychological effect were we need to make an extra efforts to appreciate the changes/rehabs in the houses.

I have never even seen her TV show. I wanted a great book on flipping and I found one! This book gives you great ideas on how to turn a house around into something very profitable. Lots of very helpful tips and breaks things up step by step including the numbers. Excellent and FUN to read. Unlike any other book about flipping this one also talks about staging which can really help to sell a home FAST especially in current market conditions. An excellent buy! I cannot put this book down.
