    Good Practice Book - Recommended

This was recommended by teacher. Explains the format of FCAT (reading) testing format very well. There are 3 sections : Reading Mini-Tests, Vocabulary Quizzes, Reading Practice Test. First 2 sections have 6 mini tests for each, provides good practice. Last section, i.e. Reading Practice Test is the real test practice for Session 1 and Session 2. If you don't know, FCAT testing is done in 2 sessions (total 140 mins- 70 mins for each session), and have a break between the two sessions. In our county it is 1 session each day. Well i didn't know that so book gave me a good understanding of testing process too. Comes with answer key that helped me in checking answers quickly. There are Scranton for each test so kids can practice like real test. BUT there is only 1 complete test, so I wish they had more tests. I would recommend to buy this book if you want to have an idea about FCAT testing format, adds little more confidence in kids towards test.
