Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher

"The book has a nice progress, moving from leaves, stems and petals through individual flower studies to flower groups and flowers in the landscape."  —The Artist (May 2012)

"Demonstrations include Gladioli, hollyhocks, penstemon, lilies, sunflowers, mixed flower and garden studies. They include step-by-step instructions. Although not impossible for the beginner, I felt this was more for intermediate and experienced artists."  —www.YarnsAndFabrics.co.uk

"There is . . . a useful section on using sketchbooks and photographs to gather information for later use. The rest of the book is devoted to individual flower demonstrations." —Leisure Painter (February 2013)
