This series had sucked me right in! I love Alice, she's strong & independent! So looking forward to the next book, there's more to Alice & Milo then what we think! I hope she ends up with Peter!

I love the this series! I love the storyline and characters (for the most part). Some parts were predictable and the authors repetitive use of some phrases got on my nerves, but all in all, good. I get the whole 'the heart wants what the heart wants' deal but what about Peter??? He's my favorite; the beautiful tortured soul. Why can't Hocking give him a happy ending already? Alice is hurting him more just because she can't keep her libido in check, or she needs a hug. Seriously, can't she do anything other than pity herself and cry?! ARGH! the only thing she seems to say is "no! etc. this is stupid! etc." GOD she is so useless. Even more so than the dog. At least Matilda doesn't blame everything bad in her life on Peter or spend 80% of the time feeling guilty about about shlt that she shouldn't have done it the first place. At least MATILDA doesn't go around causing buttloads of problems to those around her. Why do they all love Alice? On a side note, Olivia and Peter are totally badass! But the ending! Mae's an idiot. Ezra's probably going to save her. AGAIN. Why can't that man get a break? All he does is take care of everyone else. T_T I don't even want to talk about the rest of it! P.S. Sorry. I know I keep leaving comments (rants) instead of reviews but I just can't help myself cause I've been trying to hold back since I reviewed the first book.

This book is to die for!!!!! I love it and i dont even notice the spelling and grammar people and i dont get it is such a big deal its not the auther its the ebook making the mistakes!!!!!!!!! Anyway i really enjoyed the book all around and i am all for JACK!!!!!!! He is like taylor lautner in my mind. I think that the auther didnt want to make it a normal vampire book i think that she did good with ixing it up a little bit in stead of the same old vampires that ar pale and ice cold ahd i think that that is getting kind of old. I love how she did the romance like imprinting in Twilight with Alice and Peter but the natural love with Jack

The entire series is good. There are some typos, but I understand this was a self-published e-book. Well worth the price of 2.99.

This was such a huge improvement on character development for everyone in the My Blood Approves series so far. I was very pleased! Alice has grown on me and the sudden spice in Milo's love life has me intrigued. I am worried about Jane, though. We even learn a bit more about Mae's family, and Peter just gets sexier by the minute. This book was a roller coaster ride

Im definetly on team Peter though it willprobably never happen. I just hate how Jack is just like I love you and they become "bonded" I love how Peter lets Alice go out of love for her. Its deeper and not as cheesy

I'm not even going to buy the 4th book to finish up the series. I feel this author was a team Jacob, from Twilight and that's why she wrote this series. I, most definitely, am a team Peter in the series. I haven't figured out why he's considered the bad guy, when his brother Jack, purposely, stole the girl he was to be with. This author did a stupid romance in her other series and I suffered through that, but I can't finish this. Team Peter, for sure....

The first 3/4 of this is again A LOT like Twilight so it almost seems like you are going through the whole girl in love with 2 guys thing like always. Ending was very good and well written and that to me is what added excitment to the series. So I hope #4 can build off the ending instead of straying back to the typical love triangle which is bringing these book down.

Flutter is the third book in the My Blood Approves series. Once again, I like the plot of the series and I get drawn into it every time. The story line is a strong one, with the sub plots as engaging as the main story. There are lots of twists and turns to keep the story moving, but the pace probably could have been a bit faster. The love triangle thing just doesn't seem to be progressing at all, with the same angst and issues going on in different situations. However, the characters themselves become more developed with each book, becoming more real and more personable. There was a subplot between Mae and Ezra that was just gut-wrenching at times and almost as key to the story as the main story line. But as much I enjoyed the plot and the characters, the grammar and lack of editing distracted me from the story. There were a lot of grammatical errors that stopped me cold, making me reread a sentence or two just to figure out what was going on. It is obvious there is talent there, but the editing really needs to improve for that to shine through.

(( Read the intro at the first res before you read this.
Done? Good. I am not accepting charachter apps and its cooler than it sounds)) I looked up the creaky old stairs that lead to the attic. My mother told me to grab the box with runes carved into it. I took a step. CREAK! Another step. CRE-E-EAK! All the way up the steps the pattern repeated. Then when I reached the top I looked around. I saw somthing bad. A butterfly nest! I ran down the stairs in a flash and locked the attic door, my heart racing. Good thing I got out of there in time or I would have been toast. "Dad! Theres a butterfly nest in the attic!" I shouted.
"Well, l can't catch them without the enchanted butterfly net, and l can't weild the enchanted buttetfly net! Only 7 people can weild a net!" Dad shouted at me.
That must be what's in the box mom told me to grab I thought. I ran back up the stairs. CREAK CRE-E-EAK! I looked for the box and there it was, sitting in a glass case filled with mothballs. I opened the glass case and the mothballs went rolling out all over the floor. I grabbed the box and ran back down the stairs. CRE-E-EAK CREAK! I unclasped the box and picked up the net, dropping it abruptly. "OW! It stings!" I shouted. Then l noticed a handle thing in the middle of the box and l pulled on it. Inside were gloves. I pulled them out, put them on, and picked up the net. It didn't sting.
Suddenly, a butterfly flew into the room. I waved the net and caught the butterfly. It returned to the form of a harmless creature.
Next on The Butterfly Catchers: Shi Yan's POV:
"Look out for the butterfly!"
"Go get me the box, Shi Yan."
"GRANDMOTHER!"
"The world needs you darling."
"Up in the attic? You expect me to go up there!"

Thanks for reading &#1234 @wesome &#1234 !
