Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature - Marilyn Courtot
The animal stars Ming-Ming Duckling, Turtle Tuck and Linny the Guinea Pig have a fabulous machine that can turn into anything. Their Flyboat becomes a submarine, and they use it to rescue a baby blowfish. Then it morphs into a spaceboat, and they use it to rescue a baby chimp lost in space. Next, it becomes a digger, which they use to rescue a baby rabbit stuck in a hole. Eventually, all the animals take off on a hot air balloon ride, and one assumes that eventually the Flyboat will regain its original form. It is all a bit farfetched, but the book also serves as a toy, complete with wheels that actually turn. Based on the TV program Wonder Pets! which is shown on Nick Jr. Reviewer: Marilyn Courtot

My nephew loves the Wonder Pets, and this book was a fabulous gift. Not only does he like the pictures but loves to drive the book around since the the wheels actually function!
