Meet the Author

Brian Startare
Brian Startare is a sportscaster for Sportsradio 610-WIP. He currently is the pre, intermission and post game host for Philadelphia Flyers hockey in addition to hosting shows on nights and weekends including The Football Show. Brian is also the WIP Eagles Training Camp Reporter from Lehigh University.

Startare, a graduate of Rowan University in Glassboro, was also a contributor for the past three years on CN8's "Out of Bounds" program shown in the Mid-Atlantic Region. He is also the Public Address Announcer for the Men's Basketball program at Saint Joseph's University and a free lance columnist for The Metro Newspaper.

    Awesome Book

    Brian's book is a real treat for Flyers fans of all ages. Great anecdotes and really cool stats. Loved the section on Gene Hart and Pelle Lindbergh. Really cool pictures and awesome illustrations.
