    Folk Medicine: Nutrition as a Cure for Allergy of Cold

    I read this book in 1985 after going through expensive, painful, hopeless attempts of treating my allergy against cold. I read and applied Dr. Jarvis's recommendations by studying what I was eating and followed his nutrition advice. I felt immediate positive progress and my resistance to cold has greatly increased. I have bought at least 20 books since then because I always give a copy as a gift to my friends, relatives, and colleagues who are suffering from allergy or headaches. They always appreciate the good results they achieve by reading the book and following Jarvis's recommendations. The book is simple, practical, authentic, and inexpensive to buy. You can follow it without any risk of side-effects. Guaranteed!
