Simple and Easy Recipes to Follow

The recipes are easy to follow and excellent. The book also contains alot of useful information. How to cook legumes, lentils and split peas are easier to digest, fat substitutes (date puree, mashed bananas and apple sauce), and many other useful information that I did not know. It is a wealth of information for a natural and healthy way to live.

    A reviewer

It's easier to keep Kosher today than ever before. But it's becoming more and more difficult to eat both Kosher and healthy. This book helps you do both. Food for the Soul explains the connections between traditional Jewish wisdom and healthy eating in an easy-to-understand way. The nutritional information is presented in a concise way and the Jewish references appeal to all segments of the Jewish community. And the 100+ recipies really round out the book helping to to plan healthy menus for you family. It's more than a cookbook and better than a preachy diet. It's just what someone who keeps Kosher and wants to eat healthy needs.
