This is an excellent book of daily readings that can be used year after year. Little by little it helps change those beliefs and habits that are in the way of achieving a serene abstinence. Another wonderful Hazeldon book.

I purchased this book at a tough time in my life. I try to read it daily. The thoughts are very applicable and help very much.
