This book is exactly as represented. The information is laid out as standard Nutrition Facts on American food packaging. There are tens of thousands of pages with food information. BUT the only way to efficiently find the information is to use the search function on my NOOK Color, and it is unbearably slow. Using the hot links within the book is also very, very slow. I can look things up faster in the paper nutrition facts book I was using before I bought this e-book. For a book that touts itself as being designed for the NOOK, it is extremely disappointing.
