I purchased this book because I've been thinking about setting up a food truck activity in the year-around resort community where I live. I don't have a business background, and I found that this book covered everything I needed to think about, and presented it in a well thought out, logical manner which helped me map out what I needed to do. Additionally, I found the sample business plan, and related projected financial statements very helpful as they helped me build my own Excel spreadsheets.
