    Amazing

    This book was incredibly helpful! It helped me work through why I emotionally eat and how to recover and love myself again. I recommend it to anyone who has every struggled with binging or emotional overeating.

    Reassuring and Helpful

    This book helped me in a major way - it made me realize that, while the amount of food I manage to cram into my stomach is by no means healthy, I'm not the only one in the world who finds herself mindlessly eating when s/he feels less-than-perfect. I personally think it's a lot easier to take something like this in hand when you know that you aren't the only person who has ever had to deal with it, that there are many, many other people going through the same thing you are.
