This book helped me in a major way - it made me realize that, while the amount of food I manage to cram into my stomach is by no means healthy, I'm not the only one in the world who finds herself mindlessly eating when s/he feels less-than-perfect. I personally think it's a lot easier to take something like this in hand when you know that you aren't the only person who has ever had to deal with it, that there are many, many other people going through the same thing you are.

This book was incredibly helpful! It helped me work through why I emotionally eat and how to recover and love myself again. I recommend it to anyone who has every struggled with binging or emotional overeating.

I'm currently in recovery from an eating disorder and found this book extremely helpful and also very motivational.  Sunny gives you hope.  After reading this book I felt like eventually there will be a day when I love my body.

The book is not really a how to guide (although it does contain some useful tools to help realize why you might over eat). Instead its written as a "here's my story" book from the actual author and several other women she interviewed. There is also way to many mention's of the authors fee based website that she assures you will help you in your weight loss efforts. Not impressed but the advertising or lack of concrete information.
