Not so easy. Too many ingredients, too many steps. Thought recipes would be more simple and quicker to prepare.

This is an awesome ebook. The photographs are beautiful and Food & Wine did a great job of taking some killer recipes from some of the top chefs around and simplified them so even a novice like myself can make them.
