The text and photographs here are what you'll find in the magazine and online, but gone are the magazine's color-coded symbols that identify fast, healthy, make-ahead, vegetarian, staff favorite, and basic/easy recipes. Still, this book's clear organization and elegant, effective visual design make it a compilation worth having, especially for pragmatic home cooks who want quick recipes that are still a little out of the ordinary.

    Well done Food & Wine!!!!

    This is an awesome ebook. The photographs are beautiful and Food & Wine did a great job of taking some killer recipes from some of the top chefs around and simplified them so even a novice like myself can make them.

    Not easy enough

    Not so easy. Too many ingredients, too many steps. Thought recipes would be more simple and quicker to prepare.
