    This was a great book!

    As Larry plays for his home town football team his dad is a very busy lawer and never has time to watch his sons football games. So Larry writes to a pro football player and he becomes pretty close to this player. But as Larry is wrihting to Yancey Footes his letters stop coming, so he ties to found out why. Meanwhile this weird guy in a black trenchcoat is spying on his team practice.

    "What he had was problems, not mental but probably emotional. No one should try to kill you, not even if you think i will let him because i dont want to take him away from his family. If a person attacks you and tries to kill you, they deserve death." She says her voice still hard

    'Another Great One'

    Football Fugitive is a wonderful sports mystery.Once you pick it up you'll have a hard time putting it down! Throughout the entire book Matt Christopher holds you in suspense. This is a book is a must read for all young sports fans and I mean a must. This book takes you through the life of Larry Shope who is on a local football team and has a dad who seams to be always busy, Larry has one best friend,who happens to be deaf, and an idol who he writes secretly every chance he gets. Larry manages but he wishes his dad was around more often.
