    Best training book

I've read a few different Football training guides and nothing compares to STACK's book. It gives you inside access to the training secrets of NFL superstars like Manning, Bush, TO, and AP. These workouts simply are the best and the athletes that use them are the proof. I bought this book looking for a program that wasn't very specific, but would enhance my performance in all areas. I chose to use LT and Julius Pepper's functional training routine and I am very pleased. I will probably eventually start using Darren Sharper's quickness and agility training to prep me for season. I am real excited to get on the field on the fall and see the results!
