This little book is my constand companion. Reading it refreshes my commitment to practice mindful living. Too often I forget...
It reminds of "The Five Precepts" in an easily understandable language.
Thich Nhat Hanh calls them in this booklet "The Five Mindful Trainings."
It's my daily refresher course for mindful living.
