Overview

After nearly a year of change, everything has finally settled down for Lucy B. Parker. Things with teen superstar frister (that’s friend + sister) Laurel Moses are going well and life at her new school in New York City has gotten way better now that she’s not the new girl. But when Lucy’s mom and soon-to-be stepdad announce that they’re finally getting married — in a month — her life turns upside down. Wedding planning is hard enough, but when a reality TV crew ends up following the family around while it’s happening, the results are disastrous. Can Lucy save the day — not to mention, the family — or will everything fall apart?

“There is nothing average about Lucy. Fans of
Meg Cabot’s work will enjoy watching Lucy." — Booklist, on Yours Truly, Lucy B. Parker: Girl vs. Superstar

Meet the Author

After growing up in Massachusetts and New Jersey, Robin Palmer graduated from Boston University in 1990 and moved to Hollywood, where she worked in television for ten years before regaining her sanity and quitting her job to write. In addition to the middle-grade series Yours Truly, Lucy B. Parker, she is also the author of several modern retellings of fairy tales — Cindy Ella, Geek Charming (which was recently made into a movie for the Disney Channel), Little Miss Red, and Wicked Jealous — as well as various screenplays, television pilots, and misplaced To Do lists. After four years in New York City, she regained her sanity again and now lives in a big pink barn in the Hudson Valley.
