    Must have for all couples...

    This pair of books is incredible at explaining things that couples assume are common sense to their significant other (and really are not)! I will be giving this book to many of my couple friends as wedding shower gifts, engagement gifts, etc!

    Any marriage will find this useful

    I never realized how dynamic a marriage or any LTR really is. Because of our culture neither party can stop and think what is really going on with their partner. This book has really helped me to understand how my wife seperates her different lives'. If you truly love your wife you will take the time to read this book. You will learn things about your wife that you thought you knew but were completely wrong on.

    The book tends to be a little preachy and the authors base their ideas on the bible. Get past the religious aspect which is not heavy to begin with and look at the practical messages being sent. If your wife is truly YOUR BEST FRIEND then you learn how to strengthen that friendship. What makes this easy is the lack of blame placed on either partner. Just simple straight forward information that can be used right away. Men don't be afraid to read this book. It will suprise you, make you laugh, maybe make you cry, and make you feel proud that you are the right man for your wife.

Men are grateful that we take care of ourselves, and we try to look our best. We do not have to look like a model to please our mates. Men want and desire respect. R-E-S-P-E-C-T is one of the most important things you can do for your mate. Other topics dicussed are: men are insecure, men are providers, men want more sex, men are visual, men care about appearance.

    The Feldhahn¿s discuss hidden triggers and women¿s emotions. She wants you to be active in parenting. Show her you are committed. Women want to know their spouse is happy. Listen, Listen, Listen.
    We all know men and women think differently, yet we still fall into the trap of wondering why our spouse does not understand. The Feldhahn¿s did extensive research before writing this book. This two-book set would make a great gift for a wedding shower or for any couple.
